Calling all new skiers!
(and experienced skiers seeking greater equipment knowledge)
For those of you who are new to the club, or who have yet to buy your first equipment, or are ready to level up but want some more knowledge–how do you know what to get, what is right for you, and where to go to get it?
Are you unsure if you should rent or buy? Are you ready to invest in your own equipment or ready to graduate from beginner or intermediate equipment? What might new equipment do for your enjoyment of the sport?
On Tuesday, November 7, the staff at The Sign will answer all these questions and more by presenting on four key elements:
Ski boots
Skis
Accessories (poles, helmets, goggles, bags)
Ski wear
There will be 4 different stations set up where you can learn what you need & want to know in helpful 30-minute sessions.
Kick-off was about fun; this is about technical knowledge and information to make sure you're all set for the upcoming season, and it's not about sales.
After the event, we can go to a local pub to discuss what we have learned, any and all snow sport related topics, or perhaps something completely different.
