This special Meeting of the Members will give all active members the opportunity to vote for the Special Resolution of the Members.
NTSC is required to update its by-laws and Letters Patent (via Articles of Amendment) to become compliant with the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010, S.O. 2010, c. 15 (ONCA) and its regulations by October 19, 2024.
If you cannot attend, please assign your proxy to either the President or another Active Member who you know will attend.
In accordance with our By-laws; the materials to be reviewed are now available in the members area of the NTSC Website.
Registration for the Special Meeting of Members will close at 5:00 PM on September 25th.
If you cannot attend, you can assign a proxy by clicking option 2 or 3 when registering for the event. Proxies can be given to anyone, or to the President of the club. Be sure to assign your proxy to someone who is attending and speak with them first.
Proxy registration closes on Tuesday, September 24 at 7:00 pm (24 hours in advance of the meeting).
