Let this year’s award winners spark your inspiration for next season! Join us on Saturday, April 25th, from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM, as we come together to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our community.
NTSC’s year-end gala is more than a party—it’s an evening filled with purpose, energy, and connection. Awards are given in categories such as volunteerism, instructing, and student improvement. It's a very fun night not to be missed, and a great opportunity to see your snow friends without hat-heat or goggle face! Together, we’ll reflect on an incredible snow season, celebrate our shared accomplishments, and recognize the individuals whose dedication and contributions have helped shape the club’s continued success.
The night begins with a cocktail hour, followed by a three-course, family-style dinner, an awards ceremony, and a lively celebration. Enjoy dancing to the sounds of a DJ and spending the evening surrounded by your snow friends and enjoying the NTSC party vibe.
To simplify the seating plans for the committee, you will be asked to book table reservations like you do in a restaurant.
If you know who you want to sit with, organize yourselves in advance and decide on a group reservation name (1 name only - it can be a person's or a team name of your choosing). You will only enter your group's reservation name on registration. While not mandatory, it will be helpful to have an idea of the number of people in your group.
Group members don't need to sign up at the same time. Just be sure all members register with the same reservation name that you agreed upon. Otherwise, you will unexpectedly sit with others.
Your chosen party can be a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 10 people. If more than 10 register with the same group reservation name, the first 10 registered will be seated together, the remainder at a nearby table where possible.
Parties with fewer than 10 people will be joined with other parties to complete the tables.
Each member will have one of two options:
1. Sit with your chosen party. When you register, include the reservation name you and your friends agreed upon.
2. Sit with like minded snow sport enthusiasts. Choose one of the following seating options.
- Sit with Nordic members
- Sit with skiers
- Sit with snowboarders
- Roll the dice. Leave it to us. You'll have the opportunity to meet new people.
Some tables will be removed after the awards ceremony to make more room for dancing. Seating will remain available but you may need to borrow some table space from your neighbors for your drinks and personal items.
TICKETS & GUESTS
$85. This is a great opportunity to use your NTSC credit balance on account towards the gala.
Initial registration is limited to members and dinner service to allow as many members as possible to attend. If space permits, we will open registration for dinner guests and/or members and guests who would like to attend the celebration only.

All sales are final. Refunds for cancellation are conditional on a waitlist attendee taking your spot. Please allow 72 hours notice for cancellation so we can find someone to take your spot.
