Accommodations:

Hotel Antines 4* has a central location in the heart of the city with the slopes of Alta Badia within walking distance; the ski lift Piz La Ila as well as the ski lift Pedraces connect you to the Sellaronda (Dolomiti Superski). The hotel is just a few meters away from the shopping center and ski rental shop.

• Members requesting a roommate will be matched with a roommate of the same gender in a room with two separate beds. If a roommate is not available, members will be informed before final payment and fees and deposits will be returned.

• To Tour Operator: Base Price $5,620 / $5,550 (Senior 65+) +/- options
• To Tour Operator: Non-refundable $1200 deposit + insurance (if selected) due upon registration; Final balance due December 27, 2026
• Price based on minimum of 34 trip participants. Base price will increase if fewer than 34 participants.

Additional Fees / Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

Changes and cancellations are subject to fees and must be arranged through the NTSC Travel Committee only.

Refund payments may not be made until Fall 2027. For any refunds resulting from a group cancellation, participants will receive refunds, net of non-refundable fees, on their credit card.

Travel Insurance:

NTSC and the Tour Operator strongly recommend you purchase trip interruption insurance to protect against financial losses/penalties in the event you are forced to cancel or your trip is interrupted (e.g. flight cancellations or delays). Trip participants who do not purchase travel insurance will be required to confirm they have other coverage or understand they are responsible for any costs associated with trip cancellation/interruption.

Trip participants are required to provide proof of travel medical insurance coverage. In the past, participants who did not have out-of-country medical insurance have placed an undue burden on Trip Leaders and Travel Committee Reps. Injuries do occur and it is unsafe and can be very expensive to not have out-of-country coverage. Coverage is also recommended for out-of-province travel.

Comprehensive Insurance coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit.
