You are invited to attend the NTSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held virtually, beginning at 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 10, 2026.

All members in good standing are encouraged to attend our AGM where our members approve the club’s official operating information and hear about plans for the coming season.

If you're unable to attend, you may assign a proxy by selecting this option when registering for the event and signing a proxy form. The Secretary will email you the proxy form and it will be required to be returned by 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 9 (24 hours in advance of the meeting). Proxies may be assigned to anyone attending the meeting, or to the Club President, Karen Reich.

AGM registration will close at 5:00 PM on September 10. A Zoom link will be e-mailed to all registrants approximately one hour prior to the meeting start.

Updates to the By-laws are also being proposed and can be viewed by visiting the link in our Member’s Area. This notice is being provided in accordance with the requirement to give 30 days’ advance notice under our existing By‑laws. Please note that you will be required to log in to the NTSC website to access these documents.
