NEW CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final! If a waitlisted member or their guest takes your place, you will receive a credit for the ticket cost less a $15 cancellation fee on your NTSC account.
To allow us time to find a replacement, cancellations must be received no later than 9:00 PM on November 21.
Cancellations received after the 21st may not be credited to your account or transferred to another member or guest.
NEW PROCESS FOR WAITLISTED MEMBERS
ALL waitlisted members will be notified of ticket availability. The first person(s) to respond and pay within the allotted time mentioned in the email will receive a ticket.
