  By registering for a trip, you agree to the trip waiver and travel code of conduct and are waiving certain legal rights. As a member, you also agree to follow the NTSC Code of Conduct and Waiver.

We highly recommend that you buy travel insurance, either through the tour operator or separately. If you choose not to purchase any travel insurance, there is no obligation from the Tour Operator to provide refunds. Please protect yourself!

2021/22 Trips and registration

  • Base costs are based on double occupancy and include the NTSC registration fee. Some trips offer accommodation options at prices.
  • Members can sign up with a pre-arranged roommate. NTSC will then assign trip spots based on the order of priority list signup, with the exception of keeping pre-arranged roommates together.
  • If you do not have a roommate - we'll help you find one!
  • If a trip is full, join the wait list! While we can't promise anything, spots sometimes open up and will be offered to those on the wait list.

 How to register 

 Bus Trips

Short weekend and midweek trips to Quebec. Base Price range is for double occupancy and depends on room type selected (e.g. standard, studio or 1 bedroom suite), number of trip participants and permitted bus capacity in Quebec.  Prices will be confirmed closer to trip sign-up date.

Priority List Trip Registration sign-up date  for Bus Trips is TBD.

The Priority List Trip Registration sign-up date will be announced once Quebec bus and resort availability and restrictions are clarified. 

The Travel Committee will research further Quebec and eastern US bus trips.  US bus trips will depend on border restrictions and whether Ontario-based bus companies can cross the border, as well as the safety of our members.

     Air Trips

    This season, we'll explore Canada's mountains with weeklong trips to Alberta and British Columbia! Some trips have great optional add-ons such as cat/heli skiing or a day at another resort.

    Travel Insurance

    COVID-19 has brought uncertainties for our travels. It is highly recommended for an NTSC member to purchase travel insurance, either through one of our Tour Operators or another 3rd party provider. We’d hate to see your hard-earned money go to waste if a trip is cancelled or something unexpected comes up and you aren’t able to attend. 

     If you choose not to purchase any travel insurance, there is no obligation from the Tour operator to provide refunds. Please protect yourself!

      The insurance premium is due with the deposit (Air) or full trip payment (Bus). A package plan can be purchased through Skican or Voyages Gendron (Air) or Express Tours (Bus).

      Refunds and Cancellation

      When you sign up for a Travel trip, you are buying from an independent Tour Operator (not NTSC), who is subject to third party regulations and government travel advisories that prescribe when insurance and refunds are issued. NTSC cannot cancel trips as it may prevent members from obtaining refunds that they would otherwise be eligible to receive.

      Depending on the situation for cancellation, as well as your personal insurance coverage purchased, refunds may or may not be reimbursed if a trip is interrupted or cancelled. 

      Deposit, insurance premium, and NTSC pre-registration payment are non-refundable. Refer to each Tour Operator link below for timelines and additional cancellation charges that will occur.
